"We absolutely loved the apartment and the facilities. The pool in our building was unavailable due to maintenance but there were two other pools in the neighboring buildings that were fantastic. Everything you need, from groceries to fine restaurants, is within easy walking distance. The social aspect of the community was friendly and welcoming. Four stars on the listing accuracy only because new high rise towers block the view from the balcony. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious. We would highly recommend and hope to come back again."

"Room was clean enough, staff were pleasant, we didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel backs on to a lovely bit of beach, great for sunset & a little walk. There is a food court across the street which was lovely. The hotel is situated in between George Town & Batu Ferringhi (short taxi rides away) which was perfect for a long weekend."

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "

"The descrfiption mentioned there is hot tub. that is the only reason why i booked this room - for my son. But when i c hecked in, there was no hot tub. When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to Hotels.com, this has nothing to do with me."

"I had a really bad experience with this homestay. I booked a room and received no confirmation or reply at all. After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help. I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and nobody seems to take responsibility. This whole situation wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. "
