"The staff was absolutely amazing and even was able to upgrade us to a better room. We arrived early and were allowed to check in which was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there is a ton of construction on the road to get to the hotel but that has nothing to do with the property and they were very accommodating despite it. Overall a great experience and an absolutely wonderful and unique place to stay in Mackinac city. "

"Location was close to attractions, places to eat and walking distance to the ferry. the price for the room was reasonable for what we needed. Staying on Mackinaw island was just too pricey. Room had no charging outlets and no microwave. "

"Didn’t actually stay there- unmanned lobby upon arrival referred to go to the Bridge Vista choose to stay there wasn’t ok with staying at unattended location "
