I have only one tiny complaint , i would have liked the buffet breakfast to be hotter . Other than that , a super hotel & i would recommend it , i shall be back again ."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful, as usual. The facility was recently acquired by the Galgorm group, so they are in the process of upgrading and installing new features. Disruption is kept to a minimum and did not affect our stay."

"Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. The lobby, bar, restaurant area was very nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door of the hotel. My room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Very convenient for walking and seeing the town. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "

"I honestly cannot stress how fantastic we found this place! Central to everything, a stones throw from the Guildhall, the walls and the Tower museum as well as some amazing places for food and drinks. Before arrival, online check in process was smooth, received our code and this worked perfectly when we arrived. The room itself is spacious, has a big comfy bed, the bathroom has a lovely shower and good sink and mirror (with another light round it). Spotlessly clean as well! There is a small kettle in the room and a TV but we didn't use either. I think it could use some more storage space around the room and better instructions on the heating as we couldn't get it to work. But other than that we absolutely loved it!! Would highly recommend! "
