"I don't recommend it to anyone. I asked for a late check in in good time and was told that I would receive an email with a code, I was waiting all day for the code but I didn't receive anything. I called again before starting the trip and the lady said she would send a message with the code. I traveled 3 hours with a 5 month old baby and when I arrived there was no message or email. "This is a great hotel, always clean and friendly. Easy parking and easy bus to the centre of Utrecht. Only strange thing is that the handsoap in the bathrooms smells of mint&parsley and the shampoo smells of sage. Probably best to bring your own; I smell like a herb garden this AM. "
