Room was dark, only one bathrobe (for two people) and no water supplied as should be, we had to ring reception and ask for it. Coffee maker needed a good clean. Mentioned at checkout and was promised an email, never got one. Madeleines bar was poorly staffed, it is usually good service but only a few (well known) customers got any attention."
