"Our family had an excellent stay here. The condo was clean and comfy with everything we needed. The unit had an amazing lake view with a nice, large balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. This condo is so close and convenient to everything. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating!"

"Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. "

"Great little rental. The house is older but has some nice updates and was very clean.The boat it came with was fantastic for some fun on the lake. We enjoyed tubing, cruising and stopping for lakeside dinners. ( we brought a tube, ropes, and child life vest) The boat has all the basics that are required. It is an older boat, but worked great and such a cost savings versus a rental from the marinas. It is a bit of an arduous walk down/up the hill from the house to the dock, so be sure you have everything you need. It wouldn't be suited for someone with mobility issues. I walked down to the bar then through it to use the stairs. "

"It is an older facility but not run down. For for the price, you can't beat it. When you just need a comfortable and quiet place to rest and clean up to go to your next function, it's great. No complaints at all. Staff is friendly as well."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Fabulous hosts and cute, clean and comfy condo. We spent many of hours in the pool and starring out over the lake. Only 15mins from downtown Hot Springs made it the perfect place for us. "
