"This property had easy access to the lake and had nice character. it was a quick overnight and wished we had more time to enjoy it. Kitchen pots and pans and bath towels could be updated. Bathroom door needs attention as its hard to close."

"We enjoyed staying here. It was close to Mohegan Sun which was what we were looking for since we were in the area for a volleyball tournament. It was very clean and cozy. Communication was easy with the owners. We would stay here again. "

"Guest house is comfortable and set-up well. We stayed here for family weekend at UConn. It was a great home base for us. We loved the driving the local roads back and forth. We did not use the kitchen but appreciated the extra space and to relax during a busy weekend."

"We had a lovely time there. The place was super well equipped with all the things you might need, beautifully maintained and peaceful. The access to the lake was great and we used the fire pit outside. Even though it was winter, it was a lovely view and great place to enjoy non screen time with family. "

"Everything was great. The only small issue was that the lights in the laundry room were all burnt out."

"This is such a great property, I spent a whole month with three separate stays adjacent due to travel planning and the host was wonderful. The house is really beautiful and in a great neighborhood and it’s very comfortable and super clean. This will be a regular for me in the Hartford area. I’m looking forward to seeing what the beautiful landscaping is like in the spring and summer too."
