"This is a lovely hotel, with great staff. The only point id make is, please provide some signage for guests, so they dont pay full whack for parking prior to checking in where they receive a discount. This isnt made clear at point in the car park"

"Was over for a 2 night stay for a concert. Boutiqe hotel with a lot of nods to the history of the building. Very clean, spacious rooms with everything you need, safe, iron, ironing board and even a radio. Staff were great. Bonus for the hotel is its location and its proximity to the theatre, city centre, museum, bus station and cathedral. Hotel also has GF options for breakfast. Check out the Golden Cross bar in the city centre for a totally GF experience."

"Great experience at check-in, with a quick and friendly welcome and good advice on places to eat. The family in front of us had very boisterous kids that the reception team were very tolerant of and kept the parents reassured. Help with parking machine was good and check out was quick and easy too. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet service and the options were complete with cooked and continental options. Toaster worked! It was also very reasonably priced"
