"We checked in late, around 10:00 pm, I booked late (within a few minutes of showing up). We were checked in within 3 minutes!! Super fast, clean room, clean lobby and we had a great overnight stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Personnel were all nice and informative."

"Tv in 414 is broken, screen turns green after a few minutes. A bottle of water with the coffee would be a good idea and for multiple day stays where they don't service tge room at least drop off more coffee."

"It's a clean room, not quite show. It's the breakfast. The people at the front desk were awesome. Everything was enjoyable, quiet & very relaxing,"

"Upon checkin we were assigned an accessible Room with 2 queen beds which not what we booked. The ceiling fan was so dusty and visible on every blade. The sink had salad in it which was an eyesore. The hotel staff told us they could reassign another room the next day and we were assigned to another room that was not cleaned yet. Bedding was stripped. Finally, assigned to another room but the system failed to show it was assigned to us causing interruptions from an unexpected guess with access to...

"Everything was great"

"It’s a new property, just opened about two weeks ago. Needless to say, still got a few kinks to iron out. The room was clean and spacious but already missing a handle knob in one of the cabinets. The elevator was not working when we checked in. The shower pressure was pretty weak. Also, the breakfast provided was quite meager with no eggs available during our stay. A breakfast with no eggs??"

"Clean room, nice breakfast, great property and friendly staff.Home 2 Suites is our favorite, the only place we stay."

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast biscuits were good. A dark roast coffee option would be good. Definitely an older hotel, but large room with comfortable beds."

"Elevators need a little extra attention, dirty. Chair in the breakfast area need to be tide up the legs are not sturdy. In the room tab water take long time to go trough drainage."

"The property is clearly one of the older properties that is in need of some upgrades. Luckily I travel with my own towels because the “fresh” towels hanging in the bathroom all had some type of stains on them. My son and I were in for a little league football game and only needed the room for that night. That morning we woke up and went down to breakfast and there was no breakfast. I inquired about breakfast because they clearly serve a full hot breakfast and was told “sorry the lady who makes...

"Water was a dribble. Facilities smelled like marijuana. Bed was a canoe and skewed off the frame. Carpet needed vacuuming. No refrigerator. Caulking in bathroom was cracked. Smoke detector was operational after it was retrieved from drawer and reattached. Drawers had spot burns, probably from marijuana. Quality Inn program for credit card payment was defective. Caused a fraud alert with my bank. Paid cash. Card worked at previous hotels/gas stations and after talking to the bank it...

"1. there was trash on the floor when I arrived ( this wasn't a big deal to me. It was just a drink cover & something else near the wastebasket ,& an old kleenex sorta behind the chair). 2. breakfast/food was ok, but certainly not great. FAKE eggs were terrible, just use real eggs or nothing ! toaster is across the room from bread ... it was the second morning I was there before I even noticed it. No real fruit available. yes , there were some tired apples & oranges in a bowl ... again ,...

"The room was ok the bed covers under the covers need to be changed they were stained badly other than that the staff was friendly, I didn’t eat the breakfast and it was very quiet"
