"Everything was good I felt that the outside noise could be heard in my room"

"Terrible location we couldn't sleep because of the noise from highway traffic but also especially noise from the constant flow of trains on nearby tracks, train breaks (?) squealing at high pitch all night as well as train whistles rumble of train movement."

"Hard to find someone in the lobby to ask questions or help. Room does not have microwave Restaurant does not have allot of options breakfast poor comparing by the prices no coffee in the lobby like all hotel i did used No room service or even service though the front desk"

"The staff were excellent - very welcoming and professional. My stay, however, was frustrating because the key to my room did not work consistently. I was there for one night and had to get assistance to get into my room four times. While they were prompt about resetting the lock each time, it was disruptive and annoying not to be able to come and go from my room freely."
