"I was so happy I found this charming place in the most beautiful area with Bell Rock right behind it. Unfortunately the first night I stayed I was put in room 22, which was in their original older section, and unfortunately even though it was a decent room, it was very musty and moldy smelling. And it was obvious at one point the room had been flooded because you could see the watermarks. This concerned me since I am allergic to mold, but since it was already late at night and I was in bed, I did not complain about it. I just turned the air on and cracked the window and hoped that I would be able to breathe through the night. I did make it through the night, but the next day I definitely went to the front office and the young man who was there was extremely kind and immediately offered me a different room in the newer section of the hotel, and that room was ten times better! The price was wonderful so I don't have any other complaints."

"From the moment we stepped in to check in we were greeted with a friendly smile. Delicious iced tea and a cold hand towel infused with palo santo. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. Pool and spa were well maintained at the perfect temperatures. Everything about this place is beautiful. We had a very lovely stay. Can’t wait to go back again."

"Everything was what I expected. Room wasn't ready, and I was suppose to get a call. When I called they said it was ready 2 hours ago, never got a call. Breakfast was cooked to order, very good."
