The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club
10/10 Excellent
"Great find. Well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Stratford. Room was well proportioned and in great condition. Walk in shower with 2 shower heads. Onsite gym very well equipped and welcoming. Pools looked good but did not have a chance to use. If you want to eat in the restaurant it’s best to book as can get busy with groups of golfers at the weekend. We didn’t book but managed to get a table for 2 early evening. We will be back."

"Just a quick stopover stay. It's nothing fancy but it served It's purpose. The room was ok, beds (twin bedded room) were comfortable. The only 2 complaints I have are. There was only a socket at the side of one bed and there was no chair. The breakfast was very nice, all the usual food you would expect. I'd stay again."

"It was nice to have parking onsite, and the food in the restaurant was lovely. Rooms were nicely appointed although I was disappointed not to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which most hotels at this level do provide, and the soap dispenser by the sink in the bathroom was nearly empty. The staff were absolutely brilliant, they made our stay very memorable for all the right reasons. Nothing was too much trouble. We would defiinitel go back. One thing to be aware of for anyone going there for the first time - as you come off the roundabout you need to turn immediately left, even though all you can see is a red and white no-entry sign. The road you need is right before it, but is very misleading from the main road if you;re travelling at speed. There is literally no time to see it before you whizz past and then have to go all the way around the top roundabout and back on yourself. The hotel could do with a small sign, letting people know they can take that road."

"Charming, clean and comfortable. Lovely pub downstairs. Reception and check in was quick, straightforward- I was very grateful for the parking option and directions. Bar staff were friendly helpful and polite. My single room had everything I needed for the two nights but it can get a bit hot on July and somewhat difficult to keep the room dark early am. It felt very safe and the toiletries included shampoo were nice. Breakfast was a bit of an issue - the blond staff lady person was bordering rude when I by accident sat at a table for two and not one. She used exaggerated hand gestures to indicate “1 person” for “1 table placing”. When I asked for butter I was told the bread was already buttered and whether I wanted “more!?” Needless to say I did not have breakfast the next day as it was not a very welcoming experience or how I’d like to start the day. Bar staff were great in the evening at making restaurant recommendations and where to walk/sight see in the local area. It was lovely to be able to walk for miles and not having to get in a car for that, see the canal, fields, old church etc. and even wonder into town."

"Pleasant and Comfortable Stay We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout. The place has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation. The property is located on the second floor, and parking was conveniently available, which was a plus. Overall, everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged. While the ceilings in certain areas of the living room and bedroom are slightly low and can occasionally cause a bit of discomfort when moving around—especially near the TV and bed—it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. All in all, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it!"
