"We had a really comfortable stay in a very spacious room which included 2 double beds and 2 large reclining chairs and still had room for furniture, closet space was good and bathroom layout was suitable but could be freshened up. Facilities were really good we used the pool and sauna etc whilst there, changing rooms were clean and spacious. We ate breakfast the choice was phenomenal something for everyone, the pancake making machine is a fun addition for the BIG kids 😂😂😂. Was a very relaxed and fun weekend away overall was a really great first time experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating was also very well priced for standard. "

"Rooms are lovely However, room clearly booked for 3 people, only prepared for 2. Towels, glasses, mugs, pillows, amount of tea, coffee etc. Reception very good at correcting this, but why should we have to go out of our way to get this changed?"

"Lovely large clean room and lovely breakfast. Bit surprised when the bar shut at 10.30 pm on a Friday night without warning. Quite a lot of city noise at night so would recommend ear plugs. "

"Had a lovely stay here. Room was sufficient, bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. It's in a great location. 15 mins from train station. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a cold buffet, cereals, toast, yogurt, pasties anc coffees, teas, orange juice. Great, would stay here again."

"Good parking in front of hotel, as soon as roadwork is fixed. Convenient walk to all areas of town. Awesome breakfast & service staff :-)"
