"The lack of staff after hours and the lack of instructions made for a horrible experience for the entire family as we stood on the street unable to get in and the offsite Hotel staff member unable to help us and providing the wrong directions to enter. The hospitality manager from the Property company had to call me on his personal cell phone to give instructions on how to enter the premise 40min after we first arrived, finally entering our room after 11pm. Quite a horrible experience. "

"This is my favorite hotel in State College and one of the most beautiful renovations for a local college hotel. The food is excellent, and the hotel service is always welcoming and efficient, the valet attendance are excellent, front desk team is terrific and very welcoming. Will is outstanding and helped me book my favorite room . The only drawback for business travelers that don’t have a lot of time— is that the breakfast is not easy to get to in the morning. The coffee shop is adorable....

"Great location for event we were attending. We did not use any of the amenities that were offered. Rooms are updated and clean. Great little balcony to sit on after a day of running around. I do think that at check-in, staff should let you know that rooms are cleaned every other day, so new towels and complimentary coffee will not be restocked in your room if you are staying more than one night.
