Uncomfortably small. The room has a strange arrangement, when you walk in you walk straight into the bed with lots of unused spaces otherwise in the same room."

"Se a ideia é ficar isolado de tudo, você achou o lugar ideal. O caminho para chegar ao hotel é péssimo, estrada de terra com muitos buracos e pedras. 16 km em 45 minutos, é uma eternidade. Se o carro não for alto, oficialmente chegará sem problemas. Uma pena, pois estraga em parte uma experiência que deveria ser perfeita"

"Pousada simples, limpa. Café da manhã ok.
Staff gentil. Decoração bem simples e confusão de lâmpadas brancas e amarelas por toda a pousada. Corredores e salão do café da manhã muito barulhentos"
"Esse hotel é um achado no centro de Nova Friburgo. Excelente localização. Estacionamento gratuito com carregador elétrico! Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. Percebe-se claramente um esforço da gestão em garantir um alto padrão e excelência no atendimento. No check-in fomos recepcionados pelo João, que é fora de série. Já viajamos o mundo inteiro e afirmo que é pouco provável enco trar melhor atendimento. No check-out a Cynthia também foi muito solícita e gentil. No café da manhã o nível de atendimento se manteve excelente, e os itens oferecidos estavam muito acima da média, especialmente os pratos quentes (omeletes, tapiocas, misto quente, etc.). Tivemos que agradecer pessoalmente à cozinha. Tudo é de muito bom gosto, desde a fragância dos ambientes à decoração. Parabéns a toda a equipe fo Habitare e certamente retornaremos."
"As informações não condizem com a realidade. Região e atendentes muito agradáveis. Porém só há 2 vagas de garagem, os demais carros ficam na rua. O quarto que acomoda 5 pessoas não possui ventilação nem janela inclusive no banheiro. Não há isolamento sonoro sendo possível ouvir todo e qualquer barulho no corredor. Tanto os hospedes quanto os atendentes falavam muito alto e a qualquer horário, o que foi muito incoveniente. Nos acordaram as 8:25 da manhã, batendo na porta para perguntar se o nosso carro estava estacionado atrás de outro dentro da pousada. A experiência não foi boa. Me senti em uma casa com muita gente sem ter a menor respeito com o outro que dormia ao lado. Importante dizer que as portas fazem muito barulho."
