"Excetuando o recepcionista e o pessoal do café da manhã muito agradáveis e solícitos, o restante não foi bom. A conservação do hotel é ruim, com taco podre, janelas de vidro sem tranca, ralo do banheiro tampado com pedaço de madeira e cabelo em 2 dos três travesseiros!!! No café da manhã, margarina ao invés de manteiga e a tv com apenas dois canais."

"We had a great stay in the Hotel Fazenda, the facilities and the surroundings are beautiful, nice breakfast with ingredients sourced locally but best of all was the attention from Daniel managing the property, he arranged for our kids to visit and interact with the farm animals, they loved the experience, they are asking to come back for another stay!"

"The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant staff really nice. The rooms need real upgrade. Lots do do for the kids and simple but good food. The communication with reception is difficult especially if you have to resolve reservation issues with Expedia "
