"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"A lovely stay @ Dujam Apartments, ideal location in the heart of the Old Town. Would strongly recommend the apartment with the patio area - great views of the surrounding buildings. Very nice restaurant next door for lunch / evening meal, they do breakfast but opening times seem to vary. Great comms & would recommend you arrange airport transfer through the apartment. Under no circumstances use a taxi from the rank, they make London black cabs look like free rides. "

"Loved our stay at Bastion. Do see that it is on the 4th floor. But the owner hauled our luggage up! Older style but clean and very well kept. You are in the Old Town section so it’s just foot traffic, no cars. (Although owner would help you with that). "

"Awesome hotel in front of the beach. Great stay for families as well as extremely quiet environment. Its also just about 3 kms away from historical downtown Split to be able to make it to town for culture, pictures, great food and some gelatos while your at it. The complete front beach of the hotel is being remodeled so it will look even nicer in the following months"

"Fantastic stay at Hotel Luxe. Lovely large modern room with very comfy bed, Staff were very welcoming and helpful and responsive to our needs. The hotel is nice and quiet but superbly located in Split. Nothing is more than a short walk away. I have seen some reviews saying the breakfast was disappointing but we thought it was great. Yes small breakfast area but everything you could want and more, lovely yogurts, fresh juice, fresh cheeses meats and smoked salmon. Fresh fruit, nuts, figs, dried fruits, granola, Scrambled eggs and local sausages. Delicious!"
