What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Street side room was quiet even without rolldown shutters closed. Parking was free and ample at...

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We knew AC was not an option. Would have been amazing, since it’s summer.

Room exceeded expectations. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of food items to select from.

This castle hotel was wonderful. The check in process was electronic but the manager was close by for any issues. Our room was way upstairs and while the hotel had an elevator, the last floor was only accessible by a small staircase. The room was large but ceilings were low in the upper room. The property was amazing and the restaurant on site was incredible for both dinner and the included breakfast. It was by far the best dinner we have had while on our 3 week travels. Restaurant good. Some rooms spacious.

Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, give us area map and explain about location. She's from Bosnia. Hotel is clean with free coffee and tea. Hotel location is good, walking distance to old town, about 15 minutes walk. Close to Aachen Spa, 5 minutes walk. A little far from train station, about 10 Euro taxi drive.

Cousy hotel in the center of town, good restaurant and very nice breakfast. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel to stay. Everyone is friendly, nice and the breakfast is unbelievable.

Great scenery and feel to the place. I will absolutely stay here again it was SO lovely for such a great price! It's A lovely courtyard farmhouse. The ambience is so wonderful and it just makes you relax. Kind staff, nice room that was comfortable. Guests should note the front desk hours and avoid arriving late, or if unavoidable check with them if they will set up a key drop after hours. The walls were a bit thin in my room and I heard the neighbors kids in another room. Maybe they were just...

Very nice experience. The place is further away but the check-in process, cleaness, size of room compensated for that. Good value for money.

The room was clean and neat. Location was perfect for us and a bonus that they had their own parking garage.
