"Stunning views. The heated pool and hot tubs are great. Good breakfast. They let me into the room early which was great because I was exhausted. If you’re looking for luxury with the most updated decor this isn’t that."

"We enjoyed our stay at Grimsborgor. They have hot tubs you can use in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice too. They have a bar, but it is part of the restaurant and you are served by staff when they are not delivering food to tables. This may change depending on the number of guest staying at the hotel."

"Everything super nice, clean, pleasant, and thoughtful. Yola did a great job at check-in. The tents are 5-10 minutes nice walk from the beach. There is a nice family/dining room with Icelandic traditional deco for dinner or just hanging out. The showers and kitchen were clean and well equipped. Yola is knowledgeable and helpful if you want to do activities in the area. Thank you, we had a great stay! "

"I stayed at this hotel for one night prior to heading back to the airport. I would highly highly recommend both the town and the hotel for at least a day or two. I packed so much into the day including an early morning thermal hotspring hike (recommend!), lunch at the taco place in the hotel (yes you read that right - there is a dining hall with multiple choices like a really high quality mall food court), then an ice bike guided mountain bike (honestly a highlight for me - highly recommend), followed by fish and chips dinner, followed by an even drive out to the coast just to check out the ocean and have some lobster type soup. Epic single day and The Greenhouse was an amazing kick off point (oh and they were very accommodating on an early-ish check in - the front desk lady even ran up to check to see if it was ready as she thought the computer system wasn’t updated). 5/5 on all accounts!"
