"Location was good. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The b and b was very clean. Room was upgraded and we had a lovely view. Breakfast was very good. Sarah and Paul were excellent hosts. Made us feel very at home. We will definately be back. "

"We were unable to contact to let them know our time of arrival as nobody answered the phone. When we arrived nobody from the hotel was there so we called the number on the door which was answered. After a short while somebody turned up to let us in ,but there was some confusion over the booking as the diary was not available, however we were shown up to our room via an outside metal staircase. "Property owner Julia was excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room which gave us extra space during our stay. Balcony is small but adequate for 2 people to sit out and enjoy the sea view and fresh air. Bed was comfortable. Property is very clean and well presented. Lovely outdoor pool and garden area. "

"Lovely traditional hotel, a few minutes walk to the seafront. Train station just across from the main car park. Beautiful gardens and the owners are so friendly and helpful.
