"Difficult to park nearby and no space at the hotel. If mobility is a problem this may not be the hotel for you. Breakfast was excellent, and breakfast staff, bar staff very efficient and friendly. No pillow options and staying in the courtyard meant we heard visitors returning late and lingering outside to chat. Great location though and just steps away from the Cathedral. Very nice private terrace for guests overlooking Cathedral Green."

"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."
