"Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very pleased we stayed here after our flight in to LHR from PHX. Only minor challenge was that there is no lift. However, staff helped us with the bags. Plan to return before we leave for USA"

"ÐO NOT STAY HERE. Booked a week's stay here in a twin room through Expedia. The pics on the website were extremely misleading as was the rating. Arrived here to be greeted by extremely unprofessional and unhelpful reception. Got to room which was nothing like the pics on website. More like a closet with 2 single beds that you had to wait for 1 person to get into their bed before I could get into mine. Beds so uncomfortable. Shower room was that small you had to stand sideways in shower cubicle...

"Excellent hotel. Quiet most of the time. One night there was a very drunk neighbouring room. Not the hotels fault. Great location. Some wonderful low price restaurants. Would definitely stay again"
