"Staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into an available room so we could shower and freshen up after the flight from Australia. Doorman, porters, reception and concierge were all incredible. Room was beautiful and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Small gifts left by housekeeping were so sweet as well. Location is perfect - two blocks from Oxford Circus station, local area very walkable. We had the best time; sad to have left!"
