Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. The communial areas have recently been decorated, the carpet needs changing as there a few stains but other than that. "The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere.
