"Great city centre location, excellent staff, very comfortable room."

"The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money"

"It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

"Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!"

"The property was a mixture of good and bad. We stayed at Prosper House a few years ago and we liked it. It seems to have got quite worn since then. The halls are quite scruffy, carpet stained, rubbish in the corners. Now to the accommodation. The sofa and beds are comfortable. The linens were clean. But the sofa was stained. The floors didnt seem clean, my socks were black. There was mould in the bathroom due to the fact that the fan is so rattly everyone must turn it off at hearing the awful...

"Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the...

"I WOULD JUST PREFER TO FIND MORE EASYLY BUT I CANT FAULT THE PROPERTY"

"The property was very clean, well designed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Lovely characterful property in à quiet but central location. Very clean, tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper for cooking in the kitchen.Heat wave while we were there but the property was not too hot considering.Great food recommendations in the accommodation brochure"

"I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local...

"Very nice property well located in Norwich for seeing all the main attractions. Very safe , lots of activity and great places to be social. We had a great time ."

"Extremely helpful host who went out of their way to assist with queries prior to booking. Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both...

"Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend "

"Clean and very convenient. The host was helpful and quick to answer any questions."

"Hi Eleanor We very much enjoyed our stay the location couldn't have been better , there was everything in the apartment we needed to make our stay comfortable also would just like to comment on how immaculate it all was Many thanks."

"The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition."

"We only stayed for one night but it was brilliant. The cupcakes, milk and eggs left for us were a really lovely touch. My granddaughter was so sad to leave that we will bring the whole family next summer."

"Perfect central location. Clean & tidy, and a comfortable stay in quirky accomodation."
