"Location was perfect for Exmouth..Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. As with most large old Hotels on the coast a little tired and in need of some TLC but good value for money considering breakfast included and Bar with a view onto the promenade and large outdoor seating area. Large parking area for additional £6 per day."

"Second time I've stayed, whilst visiting family locally. Large comfy room, fast reliable Wi-Fi, quiet, walkable from train station, great breakfast selection but the thing the really makes it are the friendly welcoming staff."

"We requested an upgrade to a delux double room, we also requested to have well done bacon and this was granted for breakfast as the ones provided were not as we would have liked. Staff were very very helpful staff, spa staff lovely and helpful. Reception staff lovely, first impression great. Bar staff great. Evening meal lovely food and staff great, this is the second time we've stayed at the Imperial, I do recommend it and would stay again. They are refurbishing the hotel so some areas done and and a lot more to do as a very large hotel, pool is lovely, steam and jacuzzi amazing. So yes all amazing. All good. Nice place to stay."
