Out of Our Host’s Control
Due to broken pipes we received notice on the night before our travel plans that the booking was canceled. Probably out of host’s control as well as ours. Still, our trip was cancelled all together.

We ended up at another hotel in Stockton and it was clean, quite, great & nice. Just that specific hotel was horrible, I expected more from a best western.
