The hotel once inside was fine, but the surroundings were awful, located on an industrial estate, no where nice to eat, there was a burger king several kilometres walk, when needs must!! The staff friendly and helpul enough, very clean room and breakfast was very good. I would not stay again, transport links were good but rather confusing. 3/10

It's cheap, that's what it is. 20 minutes walking distance to train station, or you can wait for bus to arrive to the train station. 2 stops away Stockholm Central station, so it's not going to spend a lot of time on transportation to get back to city centre.

I got a room where the elektricity was connected to the main switch so couldnt plug-in my c-tap machine that I need for proper sleep as I have sleep apne. Further, my room had a bad bed and no window.

Arrived at the hotel after 500 km driving. Got the info at the desk that hotels.com /Expedia doublebooked 26 guests. Got a telefonnummer to Expedia support from the receptionist to solve this problem by ourselves. Spent 1 hour with customer service working from home in Fillipines... Got another hotel after a lot of checking from support. They should had called us and fix a new hotel for us in advance. Never gonna book with this company again.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful if there are questions or requests. The rooms are practical and simple - with a TV, kitchencounter, fridge and some dishes for tea or coffee. Thd bathroom is practical with shower. The windows are not to open, so there's no fresh air - but probably better, since the hotel is located next to a federal highway and above a truck-parking and delivery (meaning that all night trucks are coming to be loaded with food and stuff to deliver in markets all over Sweden), so you also can imagine the surroundings by the hotel, which is all industrial. Yet in a 15 minutes walk hou reach a subway station and in a 45 minuteswslk you can reach södermalm. All in one: it's the price you pay, and that's fair and since Stockholm is beautiful to experience by feet - I had a great time!

Es ist ein Hotel, dass seinen Zweck erfüllt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber! Wer lärmempfindlich ist könnte ein Problem mit der ständig laufenden Klimaanlage haben, die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht sehr vielseitig, aber dem Preis entsprechend. Über eine Brücke erreicht man binnen 5 Minuten die zu Fuß die Bushaltestelle um dann mit den Zügen in die Stadt fahren zu können. Alles in allem habe ich mich sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Helt ok rum, tröskel till badrummet. Små kuddar men fanns att be om i receptionen. Medioker blek och tråkig frukost, (smöret gröptes ut och lades i ny låda såg ut som en gegga, fann hårstrån i smöret) mycket högljudd lokal som har en doft av mögel. Kaffet går inte att dricka varken i receptionen eller på frukosten. Läget är långt ifrån allt i ett industri område. Minst 15min promenad till restaurang och kommunikation. Dyrt i jämförelse med andra närmare bekvämligheter.

Mycket enkelt men funktionellt. Andra resenärer har hyllat frukosten, var som den man erbjuder på fritids, verkligen inget extra. Kvadratiska små kuddar ca 40x40 cm, fattar inte varför man inte åtminstone har standardmått. Står att det är gångavstånd till 3arena, funkar kanske men tar minst en timma att gå. Hotellet erbjuder parkering längs hotellets ena sida, såg att det finns gratisplatser (från lördag em och hela söndagen) på andra sidan hotellet. Ingen upplysning om detta inne på hotellet.
