A little boat traffic and periodic train, but nothing that is disturbing. There are two separate fire pits at your disposal with plenty of firewood too! Cabin is small but perfect for 1 or 2."

We had four families + 2 dogs in our group and there was enough space for all of us to hang out together or spread out when needed, and the yard was great for the kids and dogs to run around. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals (except foil and ziploc bags, we brought our own just in case) and several games were provided to use. "The barn was great. The location was very close to a number of small towns that had fun things to do. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was quiet upstairs but helpful and available by text. She stopped out once to make sure the dogs weren't bothering us... They weren't. My kids loved playing fetch with them. We didn't get to use the fire pit because it was so windy, but we would definitely come back next time we're in the area."
