"This was the last stay on a 3 week road trip, and, by far, the best stay we've had! The staff was amazing, coffee and tea 24 hours, extremely clean room and facility, which was so appreciated! This was also the first pet friendly hotel that actually cleans up after people that don't. Every hotel we stayed at we were dodging "landmines" every time we took our girl out. Makes you wonder what they actually do with the pet fees they collect because it sure doesn't go towards keeping the grounds or rooms clean. Thank you to the amazing staff at Great Falls Inn!@ "

"It was fine for the a couple of days"

"The place is getting run down. The door to our room needed to be lifted up to close it. The room needed a good cleaning. Things needed fixing like the head board. "

"Over charged but nice hotel "

"Breakfast was good. Parking was okay. We could not get any hot water in our room. Filled the bathtub and it still was cool. Don’t like cold showers. "

"Room was very dirty. The microwave plate was missing so I couldn’t properly heat my food and the mirror was cracked. The whole building smelt like weed and cigarettes too. "

"Easy check in process. Sheila at the front desk was wonderful! Our room was on the fourth floor and was clean. Very loud as we faced the gas station/road and it sounded like a drag strip at some points. It was so loud, we checked to ensure a window wasn’t open. Pool and hot tub were relaxing, although jets in hot tub didn’t work, which was disappointing. Breakfast the next morning was great with lots of options. Would stay again as the rate was very reasonable, but would request to not stay on the road side."
