We had a slight issue with our booking and we have never seen more friendly or understanding staff at a hotel. They sorted the issue out fast and the stay was great."

"It was a lovely , modern hotel and the location is perfect, right at the centre of everything. Hotel is quite new and room is clean and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and for me what hit the spot is that they provide tea pot with hot boiling water so tea can be proper tea- not semi hot like all other hotels. Bakeries is freshly baked and even when we have breakfast at 9.30-10am it was still warm and lovely. Coffee machine with expresso options. We would definitely stay here again. "
