"The only negative thing about this stay was having to LEAVE!!! This is an amazing property sitting high on the hill with the MOST AMAZING VIEWS!!! I read some reviews about this property stating that it was a struggle to walk up the hill leading to the hotel but it is not that bad. You ARE in Switzerland so there are hills everywhere. The porter service transporting our luggage up the hill on check in day was a nice touch. The very nice gentleman met us at the station and toted our bags up the hill. The hotel is so conveniently located - literally 3 minute walk from the train station in Wengen and so convenient to the cute little village. The view from our balcony was stellar!!! I really enjoyed sitting out there both in the morning and the evening and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Lauterbrunnen valley. I would return to this property again and again (and actually plan to in the future!) The breakfast is excellent and in a beautiful setting. There is a cute lawn area where you sit by the fountain and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The front desk gentleman at check in was so very helpful in giving us info on the surrounding area and helped us determine what to do since we had a really rainy day and he suggested some options. The bonus was the dog (I think a cocker spaniel) who was so cute and greeted guests at the front desk. Stop looking for a place to stay in Wengen - you will not be disappointed in this property!!!!"

"I really liked the location of the property. It’s very convenient, centrally located, and close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The only area that could use some improvement is the property’s condition. Some renovations or updates would enhance the overall appearance, and the hallway carpets could be cleaned or replaced, as they looked quite worn and dirty. Other than that, I had a great stay and enjoyed my overall experience."

"We upgraded the room the second night to one of their renovated rooms. The in renovated room we booked we can’t recommend. If you can book a renovated room then we highly recommend. The difference between the rooms were night and day."

"Views from our 4th floor room with balcony facing the mountains were breathtaking & the red geranium in the decks flower box added wonderful color. The pool and hot tub were exceptional and breakfast had many selections & a nice seating area. The automated check-in and checkout process made everything easy. Wengen was a central, gorgeous place to stay. I'd highly recommend this property!"

"We loved our stay here. The room is nice and we really love the fully functioning kitchen. We also loved the location, just few steps from the train station. The price was very reasonable too. Just the only weird thing about it is the bathroom. It’s transparent, so when you take a shower or use the toilet, the other person could see you. Not a big deal for me cause im with my husband but for others it might not okay."

"Beautiful 3 days enjoying the amazing Interlaken area and this hotel is very well situated to do everything by walk and has easy access to East train. My vacation went noce and smooth. Breakfast was very nice. Will come back"
