I am a wheelchair user and as such, had booked an accessible room with yourselves through Expedia and stayed 3rd July - 6th July 2026. There were a handful of issues with the room, such as the cleanliness of the bath in the bathroom that bordered on wear and tear [room 407] and the bath board for accessibility didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. "Tried booking it directly but Marriott were rubbish. Used Expedia and then reception were fantastic. Good breakfast and nice dinner. Didn’t use much else."
