Location is everything and using Gilbert Ferret or via Cavour you reach the harbour two ways or all the restaurants and along the bastioni, we were prepared for the steep stairs going up to the property from previous reviews, the roof top view is worth it !! Breakfast is more than enough made by the lovely Cristina it will keep you energised for day be it cold meat , boiled egg or a Cornetto pastry with delicious fruit and yogurt. "This was one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever had a chance to stay at. The property is gorgeous and private, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was spectacular. "Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The extra fees (particluarly utlitity fee) at checkin were a little unexpected, but I may have missed that in the booking. We would recommend this place!
Be sure to book the beach ahead if time. We wish we would have known that. If the beach is all reserved, we found you can still rent 2 chairs for 47 euro. The beach with the shallow sandbar is not to be missed. Best beach we have ever seen. "

"I received a text saying the room we’ll be staying in needed maintenance but I could stay at another of their hotels or receive a refund. We decided not to stay and they denied my refund. Expedia tried help but the property is not allowing it even though they offered it."
"The property is in a perfect location and easily accessible from the central bus stops. There are various shopping amenities within very easy reach and there are several excellent restaurants too. Walking distance to the harbour and sea promenade. Wifi in the room. It would have been great if the children were allowed a bit of fruit juice or a glass of milk with their breakfast. Perhaps a bottle of water in the room would help a weary traveller to refresh themselves. "
