Just 500 meters from the sea, the pet-friendly villa spans three levels and offers a lovely shared garden, outdoor shower, and a spacious veranda with a barbecue and outdoor dining space. Inside, the home features a welcoming living room with a fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds, and a room with bunk beds, ideal for kids. All windows are fitted with insect screens for added comfort. Enjoy home-cooked meals on the covered veranda, unwind in the garden, or explore the beautiful La Pelosa beach just a short drive away. A washing machine is available for your convenience, and free parking is provided. This home makes a perfect base for exploring northern Sardinia.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
