"This hotel is an absolute gem ..complete with all the features you would expect from a building of its age but with modern amenities.. and a character walled garden to sit in during the evenings . The hotel is literally a short walk from the absolute centre of Rothenburg so is perfectly placed to explore this wonderful medieval town.. (i highly recommend walking the town walls ). Despite that it was very peaceful to stay. The staff were wonderful (Inge in particular i wish to thank you) and they went out of their way to make us feel very welcome without being intrusive and gave great advice on where to eat in the evening… AND the breakfast ! WOW .. all you would expect from a typical European breakfast and more ..substantial offerings to say the least (especially the breads)..Viola was in charge of that i believe. Thank you for a great stay .. and we definitely would like to come back again"

"Location: Ideal for any length of stay as it is located in the old town on a short walk from everything. Hotel: Classic style hotel which has lots of character. Parking is easy as well which was a surprise for being in the old town. Breakfast was nice and is held in a very nice room. Rooms: Nice and spacious with everything necessary for any length of stay. Staff: Very nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again."

"We stayed in the historical building which was really wonderful. I loved being able to open up all the window to look out at the church, down at the main platz and down the street at the colorful row of buildings. Location was absolutely perfect. Dinkelsbuhl is a fantastic place to spend a few days. Be advised that this property is directly across from the church and the bells do ring every morning at 6am for about 5 minutes. It's really beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding."
