"Great property, friendly and helpful staff, daily housekeeping, easy parking lot, good location near highways and shopping centers. I noted when booking that I’d be coming in early from a redeye so would appreciate early checkin—they were able to check me in upon my arrival at 6am. Will stay again."

"Overall, it was a great stay for us. The only downside was that it was in the middle of what was once a prosperious business complex, but most of the buildings are now empty, and the hotel was the only thing occupied. Also, when we requested our room to be cleaned, it seemed each time they missed different things (replace coffee, toilet paper, toiletries). However, we didn't mind going downstairs to ask for those items. "

"This is a fun and quirky hotel. The decor theme looks great. Wish we'd had more time to explore all the photo ops. Very quiet. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey but for some reason we got it included with our stay and for a free buffet it was great. Parking is easy and free. You can actually walk to the Natick mall more easily than driving (there are pedestrian crossing lights). Uncomfortable pillows but overall a good place to stay right outside of Boston (easy drive into the city)."
