"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. "We had a lovely week-long stay in this property. It's located just outside the small village of San Dalmazio up a long, private dirt track. The property itself is spacious and rustic with plenty of amenities, including bikes, a barbecue and pizza oven. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). "This charming farmhouse made our stay in the Tuscan region perfect. While we never met the host, they were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The farm and area is beautiful! We rented a car and did day trips to Montepulciano, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Cinque Terre. The house is also convenient to the local town. We found excellent restaurants and also bought groceries at the Coop. Would highly recommend staying here if planning a trip to this region of Italy."
