The home features open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests, and two bathrooms (one inside the house and another in the adjoining shed).



Spend your days enjoying the sea views from the spacious deck, firing up the BBQ or making the most of the generous outdoor space. Whether you're relaxing with family, exploring the coast or heading out for a day on the water, this is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy beachside living.



The Space



Set back from the road, the home is surrounded by generous lawn areas, offering plenty of space for children to play, ride bikes or simply enjoy the fresh coastal air.



While modest in size, the home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and provides everything you need for a relaxed, fuss-free beach holiday.



Inside, you'll find a welcoming open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, along with two bedrooms:



Main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed



Second bedroom with bunk beds sleeping two guests



The home has one bathroom inside, with a second bathroom and laundry located in the adjoining shed – perfect for washing off the sand and freshening up after a day at the beach or out on the boat.



Step outside to the spacious, sunny deck, complete with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ facilities. Overlooking the water, it's a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, share a meal or simply unwind and take in the views.



Guest Access



Guests have private access to the home and can check in conveniently using the key lockbox. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The Neighbourhood



Located in the peaceful coastal community of Stieglitz, the home offers direct beach access and is just a five-minute drive from St Helens township, where you'll find supermarkets, shops, cafes and essential services.



St Helens sits along the beautiful Georges Bay and is well known for its fishing and fresh local seafood. Spend your days strolling along the beach, exploring the coastline or enjoying some of the region's fantastic fishing spots.



Nearby attractions include Beer Barrel Beach, Peron Surf Beach and the impressive Peron Dunes, all well worth exploring.



For a convenient meal close to home, Parkside Bar and Kitchen is just down the road. Open seven days a week, it offers a family-friendly dining experience with a bar and an inflatable jumping pillow for the kids.



Stieglitz is approximately 170 km (around two hours) from Launceston, making it a wonderful base for discovering Tasmania's beautiful East Coast.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding East Coast attractions, beaches, restaurants and local towns.
