"Helpful receptionists & always replied to any questions I sent them vis email! Room was decent although couldn’t find any English channels on the tv! Bathroom could do with some hooks on door to hang clothes whilst showering! Breakfast was good with choice of cooked meats, scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt & coffee! Hotel situated within easy reach of the centre, either by walking or by tram. All in all the hotel was a good choice!"

"Excellent hotel to stay in the central upper Austria region. Lovely restaurant on the main level. Very clean. We were upgraded to the spa room on the top floor, which was incredible. Huge room with a sauna inside the room, unreal! Turned the sauna on in the morning, which only took 15 min to heat up. The entire room smelled aromatic. Afterwards we enjoyed the breakfast, which was qualitative with amazing views of Steyr. A mobile a/c unit helped keep the room cool, but we had to fill it with water in order for the cooling function to work. Quite rooms, relaxing vibes."

"A wonderful location in the old town of Steyr, the hotel has a a lot of history. The staff were very pleasant, and I recommend the outside area in the square for a meal."

"Vraiment un endroit très bien malgré un extérieur un peu incertain au premier coup d’œil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, propres et très bien organisées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même une petite buanderie au sous-sol. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et si j’avais à revenir à Linz, je retournerais à cet hôtel!"
