"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"We booked 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was in immaculate condition. My wife loved it and did lots of cooking. We were able to enjoy homemade made food while traveling, wasn't it amazing!! "

"The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent."

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

"We were really looking forward to spending a night in Oxford for my partner’s birthday. On arrival the room had not be cleaned from the night before. We thought that the last person hadn’t checked out. The bed sheets were dirty, the bed hadn’t been made, the bin was full and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I tried calling Lucas who told me within an hour the room would be cleaned. We went into Oxford and returned at midnight. The bed had been made but the sheets hadn’t been changed. I knew this...

"If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
