We had dinner at Knoxie’s, and both the food and the service were top-tier. But I have to give a huge shout-out to the Pastry Chef, Mercedes. Her desserts are on another level! The key lime pie, salted caramel cheesecake, and the death by chocolate cake were all amazing. The whole stay was just seamless. If you want to feel truly taken care of, this is the spot. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute!"
