"La Quinta is an excellent extremely updated, well maintained property. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed and QUIET. Unlike the Hilton Garden Inn were no surprise charges or deposits. If you have a choice stay at La Quinta where parking and breakfast are free and your room is well maintained."

"Great location for a Universal Studios trip, very convenient trolley shuttle to the park. The hotel is obviously a renovated property, so there are some rustic qualities about it. The quality of the construction could use a little attention (carpet was bulging in locations, the sliding door didn’t work properly, no vent in the bathroom for steam, the AC unit was loud and didn’t keep consistent temperature. The restaurant is nice and grounds have a really charming retro, funky vibe. I would recommend even given the few quirks about it."
