"The beds were so comfortable, staff very pleasant, hot coffee is available at all hours, breakfast was great. I wasn't planning on using it, but the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. My only complaint is a safety issue; there is nothing in the tub/shower to make it non-skid; super slippery and unnerving."

"My check in process was smooth... although I was not given information about the continental breakfast, pool hours, etc. I did ask the front desk later, as I was in a hurry at check in and was given the information. My room was very clean! The bathroom was very clean! I appreciate the quietness of the hotel as well. I did not use the pool/hot tub/fitness areas for my stay, but it looked clean when I looked at it. I think the price was good for the amenities and continental breakfast provided; I booked through hotels.com last minute. I will stay here again when I am in the area for family and work items alike. Would recommend to fellow travelers!"

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent fishing ! I caught 6 species and 15 fish in my short stay. Right off the dock I landed Perch, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Common Carp and Channel Catfish. There are lots of big Bass back in that bay ! I got a 15 pound Common Carp and 8 pound Channel Catfish off the dock as my best catches at that spot. The trails on the peninsula led to another great spot under the power lines. I caught more Perch, large Suckers, and even more Channel Catfish, 2 more being 8 pounds each. Ther are many other shore fishing spots in the area, several being blow spillways. Food is just 4 minutes away at Rusty's. Very quiet, and secluded location ! I would recommend to people who enjoy fishing and people who don't !"
