"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. The cons of the hotel: The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . "The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. I booked a superior quadruple room but was not allowed to have a 1 to stay overnight or even to visit , however, they allowed others to have visitors and I even a saw a group of their friends watch a rugby game.
