"The apartment was clean (yes, it's an older building with an older bathroom) and the beds were comfy. Amenities are minimal but we had everything we needed. "My experience with Gothamm Property Rental Management was unsatisfactory. The property was not ready for a listing, the mattresses were poor quality with springs bulging out once you sat on the bed. The TV's were new and never programed, the floor were filthy and dust was on the floor and collected on the corners of the room. "This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response.
