"Well. The owner was very nice but property was being worked on. They had walls unpainted basement floor was not done so no one wanted to stay downstairs plumbing had to be readjusted two of the 5 beds upstairs caved in the middle. Also the heating only worked well in one room you had to put it at 75 so that it could be felt elsewhere but the one room would then be too hot. Should not rent out again until he fixes floors walls mirrors and beds "

"Freddie was very helpful with a birthday dinner recommendation for our family. He also let us know that he would come and fix something while we were out exploring the city. The house was clean, and had architectural charm. Only being a block from the metro station was a huge perk, and we utilized it often to get to all the places in DC that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!"

"We were in DC for a big family event. This was a great location for our crew and very comfortable!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ron and Maria’s! Their place is just like the pictures and was the perfect space for our group! They also were very responsive to all of our questions and were great hosts! You can walk to the metro station in about 25 minutes or drive there and park your car. The metro was a great way to explore the city! Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area! "

"Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC...

"I had an excellent experience at this hotel. It’s ideally located near major tourist landmarks, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Rideshare access was quick and reliable, and I always felt safe walking in the area. There were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which made dining out simple and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area."
