"First, Mula was amazing, quick to respond and able to handle new arrivals along with those settling in. Mula was informed my television wasn't working and I had guest arriving. It seemed like magic. He walked into my room, my guest walked in behind him. Within minutes, the television was working. He said if I needed anything else just let him know. "I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. "

"Stayed overnight on way North, was pet friendly, and easy to find at end of long drive.Plenty of room and reasonable price. Floor could have been cleaned better. Being pet friendly , I can see some of the odor but carpet significantly stained."
