"Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get out of there, it's not like the higher-end hotels we usually stay at."

"What a great choice in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. This is a cute hip hotel. Loved the bar, coffee shop, sushi restaurant and tiki bar right on site. They also had a bike shop and bike concierge. Within easy biking distance of lots of trails. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Crystal Bridges museum. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are on the small side but comfortable and modern. We would absolutely stay there again."
