"We spent about week here with 4 children and it was perfect! The rooms are big enough to send the kids away at the end of the day when you’re all exhausted (parents will understand how important that is 😂). Everything was exactly as described. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful porch to relax on. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely rent again."

"We met our family in NC to spend the week together. NC is the halfway point between us. The cottage was clean & ready for us. The location is so convenient. We loved Ft. Macon state park & beach. Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. "The cottage is as advertised- clean and cute. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. Wifi was fine. Two suggestions for others - use the back door to access the cottage as the sliding door lock is challenging. Also, if you need a quiet location to sleep please know that the Heat/AC split unit is very loud and turns on and off every 10 minutes or so. It woke me multiple times and also made TV hard to hear and conversations challenging. This may not bother others."
