"Second time staying at this property and the cabin/cottage vibe is just so cozy. The history of this place is a cool touch, if you’re into that. Sunrises and sunsets here are immaculate! Great views from everywhere (yard, bedrooms, living room, porch, etc). Accommodating for larger groups with a large yard for children to play and lots of seating! The beds are comfy. This property has everything you need in a great location and as I titled my review, in my opinion, HARD TO BEAT! We can’t wait...

"The house is located in the beautiful Emerald Isle Beach. We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. The dishwasher was broken and lock on sliding door broken. Sun and Surf was easily reachable and quick to respond . Staff was friendly and helpful since we talked to maintenance several times.
