He asked about where we were from, gave us information on local attractions, and replaced our shower gel bottle (installed on the wall of the shower). We have traveled a lot and typically stay at this kind of hotel, but Deacon really stood out for his hospitality. Our kids also enjoyed the pool and slide, and breakfast was very good. "

"The property is better than what it is listed for. There were extra kitchen supplies that we wouldn't have expected. It was clean, comfortable and so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be booking again. "

"Came to rest and recharge. Comfortable accommodations and well stocked. It is a window A/C but it does a good job of cooling as it was warm weekend. Georges is very prompt to reply to mesaages and very friendly. The beach is a 5 min walk and there is rentals for water sports. Great place to connect to nature. "

"The Roadhouse was super great!! The friendliest staff, clean and spacious rooms, very quiet. They have a giant cabinet of quite literally everything you might need on a trip and a great selection of snacks. Really nice hot tub room with a hot tub that’s actually hot. Nice, hot breakfast in the morning. Big Smoakk BBQ is only across the parking lot and has great food, giant portions. 10/10 recommend!"
